Crescent Bay Inn Laguna Beach, Laguna Beach

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were beautifully remodeled with great showers and exceptionally comfortable beds, offering a great value for the location. However, the room size felt small and had an old-fashioned vibe to it. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were very helpful and provided thoughtful assistance from the moment we arrived. The location, although fabulous and close to a beautiful beach, wasn't the most convenient for all amenities. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and offered some beach amenities, enhancing the overall stay.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The rooms had a bad smell and one pillow cover was dirty, which was not ideal considering the high price I paid for one night. However, the beds and furniture were really comfy. The service was very nice, even though the staff seemed anxious about losing their job. The location was just far enough away from the noise of downtown Laguna Beach, and the beach amenities provided, like beach towels and chairs, were convenient. The hotel offered some traditional local products as part of the dining options.
